The city of Philadelphia is one of the most well known municipalities in the United States. It holds an important place in the country's history and is a major tourist attraction because of this. A Philadelphia resident who receives a monthly water and sewer statement has multiple payment options.

Step 1

Mail a check and the return portion of your bill to Water Revenue Bureau, P.O. Box 41496, Philadelphia, PA 19101-1496.

Step 2

Send an electronic payment through the online bill pay account offered by your bank. You can also visit the official Philadelphia water bill pay website (see Resources) in your web browser of choice. You can use a debit or credit card with this option.

Step 3

Visit one of the three payment centers to make an in-person payment, either by check or debit/credit card. The centers are located at the Municipal Services Building, Concourse Level, 1401 JFK Boulevard; the Northeast Shopping Mall, 9239 Rear Roosevelt Boulevard; and 2761 North 22nd Street. As of June 2010, all locations are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
