Party Spots Near Cadillac, Michigan

One of only four cities in the nation with an entire lake incorporated within the city limits, Cadillac, Michigan, sees more than one million tourists each year. While many of these tourists are looking to experience the recreational opportunities in the area, others may want a taste of the city's nightlife.


Popular bars include Cadillac Party Lounge (no website; 516 North Mitchell Street, Cadillac; 231-775-9073), a cocktail bar with large TVs and live sports. Nearby is Maggie's Tavern (no website; 523 North Mitchell Street, Cadillac; 231-775-1810), a laid-back pub with free popcorn. Both offer a family-friendly atmosphere and full service dining earlier in the evening.

Adult Clubs

Cadillac also features clubs for adults only, including a strip club called Coz's Eight Ball (no website; 1341 North Mitchell Street, Cadillac; 231-775-4494), which features topless dancers, food and alcohol. The club also has pool tables and coffee for those interested in more than the skin show.


Cadillac also two bowling alleys open late. The first, Parkview Lanes (no website; 126 West Harris Street, Cadillac; 231-775-5561), is a traditional bowling alley with cheap prices and beer. Pines Bowling Center (no website; 5992 E M 55, Cadillac; 231-775-7755) offers live music every Wednesday and bowlers can party in the separate bar area. The Center has a video dance party on Fridays.


The Cadillac Sands Resort and Hotel, ( features a bar and lounge with a nautical theme right on the premises. The resort also has a nightclub, The Sandbar, which advertises itself as a place to "get your groove on." Country dance lessons are offered on Thursdays and a DJ blasts pop dance music on weekends.


The Little River Casino ( also offers late-night partying. Little River is in nearby Manistee, Michigan. The casino features bars, restaurants and a concert venue in addition to gambling slots and table games. The casino is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
