New York is among the world’s leading cultural centers, and the glamorous stage productions offered on Broadway are one the city’s most popular draws. Since opening in 1973, the Minskoff Theatre has hosted a range of top Broadway productions, including West Side Story, Fiddler on the Roof and the Lion King. Nestled in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, the Minskoff Theatre is within walking distance of several hotels that offer a comfortable base for traveling theatre goers.

The Iroquois New York

A member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, the Iroquois New York offers boutique accommodations in the heart of Midtown. The hotel is within a few blocks of the Minskoff Theatre, the ornate Grand Central Terminal transportation hub, Fifth Avenue, Bryant Park and the historic New York Public Library Schwarzman Building, which was featured in the film “Sex and the City.” Hotel accommodations range from contemporary guest rooms with iHome docks and Belgian chocolates at turndown to spacious suites with Bose stereos and Jacuzzi tubs. Amenities consist of complimentary Wi-Fi access and welcome beverages, a state-of-the-art fitness center with personal trainers and Triomphe Restaurant, a gourmet eatery that serves escargot, Moroccan lamb patties and swordfish.

The hotel is near a number of attractions, including Birdland Jazz Club, restaurants and bars in Hell’s Kitchen, the Late Show with David Letterman and the New York Times Headquarters.
