Myrtle Beach Hotels or Resorts Close to the House of Blues

House of Blues, located within Barefoot Landing in Myrtle Beach, resembles an old farmhouse and tobacco warehouse. The eclectic property features a restaurant with nightly live entertainment and is filled with American folk art. Visitors will find a few hotels and resorts within a mile of House of Blues, which also provide convenient access to the Myrtle Beach Mall and miles of golden sand beaches.

Ocean Creek Resort

The entrance to the Ocean Creek Resort, located across the street from Barefoot Landing, winds a half-mile east to the resort on the Atlantic coastline. Guests are just a short walk from several eateries, including the House of Blues, Joe’s Crab Shack and the Wild Wing Cafe. The 57-acre beach resort features studio, two- and three-bedroom condominium and villa units with a balcony and fully equipped kitchen. Guests have access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a putting green and oceanfront playground as well as a large beach area for sunbathing.

Courtyard Hotel

Courtyard Hotel offers modern guest rooms a quarter-mile south of Barefoot Landing and a half-mile away from Myrtle Beach Mall, which includes Bass Pro Shops and the Islamorada Fish Company Restaurant. Within the hotel's lobby guests can access a spacious lounge area, the Courtyard Cafe and complimentary business center. Guest rooms and suites include a spacious floor plan, fine wood furniture and a balcony. Guests have access to area public beaches within two miles, as well as an on-site recreation area with an indoor pool and hot tub.

Edgewater Inn

Edgewater Inn offers value-priced accommodations across the street from beach access and less then a mile from the House of Blues. The small two-story hotel features standard guest rooms with beach decor and a kitchenette in select units. Guests have access to an outdoor heated swimming pool and adjacent Jack’s Tiki Bar, which serves tropical cocktails seasonally. Guests will enjoy the extensive shopping at barefoot landing, which includes Earthbound Trading Company, Wolf Creek Gallery and the Alligator Adventure Outpost Gift Shop.

Fairfield Inn

Fairfield Inn, located on Kings Highway, is just a few minutes' drive from downtown Myrtle Beach and a half-mile from the House of Blues. The modern hotel features tropical decor, a complimentary breakfast buffet and indoor pool with adjacent outdoor patio. Basic guest rooms include a work desk and small dining table. Within walking distance of the hotel, guests can find Stir Fry 88 and Ruby Tuesday Restaurant in the Myrtle Beach Mall.
