Motels in Louisville, CO

Louisville, Colorado, a small city located on the Denver-Boulder Turnpike just south of Boulder, hosts a handful of motels at the turnpike's intersection with McCaslin Boulevard. Superior Marketplace Shopping Center, located at the same intersection, provides dining and shopping options. Motels in Louisville range in price from budget-friendly to moderately high.

Residence Inn Boulder Louisville

Residence Inn offers extended-stay lodging in suites with kitchenettes, separate sleeping areas and large work spaces. Standard amenities include free Wi-Fi, a complimentary breakfast buffet and a manager’s reception each evening. Activity facilities include an indoor pool, a whirlpool and sports courts. Coal Creek Golf Course is a half-mile away, and nearby restaurants serve Asian, American and deli food. As in all Marriott properties, the hotel is smoke-free. Pets are welcome for a one-time $100 fee and room rates range from $140 to $200 per night, as of December 2010.

Comfort Inn

Comfort Inn is a smoke-free, pet-friendly motel offering free Wi-Fi and complimentary hot breakfast. Package deals include accommodations and tickets to the adjacent multiplex theater, available with a two-night stay. A small fitness room contains a treadmill, stationary bike and weight bench, and a business center provides a computer and printer. Dining options include three chain restaurants adjacent to the property and fast-food restaurants a short walk away. Public transportation connecting Denver and Boulder is nearby. In 2010, room rates ranged from $70 to $80 per night.

La Quinta Inn & Suites

La Quinta offers an outdoor swimming pool in a courtyard setting, an outdoor whirlpool and a fitness center. Standard amenities in the no-frills property include free Internet access and complimentary breakfast. Rooms are relatively quiet because the motel is located far enough off the Interstate to keep road noise at a minimum. The motel is a short distance from a steakhouse, Mexican eatery and Asian restaurant, and the Flatiron Crossing shopping mall is four miles away. La Quinta accommodates smokers and offers pet-friendly rooms. Room rates ranged from $70 to $100 per night in 2010.

Hampton Inn Boulder/Louisville

The AAA Three-Diamond Hampton Inn offers an indoor swimming pool and fitness room, signature Clean and Fresh Hampton beds and complimentary hot breakfast. Standard room amenities include free Wi-Fi and large flat-screen televisions with cable channels. Chain restaurants are a short drive or walk from the motel, and the Coal Creek Golf Course is two miles away. Hampton Inn is a 100 percent non-smoking property and does not allow pets. Room rates ranged from $80 to $100 a night in 2010.
