Miami, Florida, is an epicenter of international commerce and business. An international airport, as well as several major banks, medical centers, government offices and businesses call the city home, many of which reside in or near Miami's Downtown Central Business District. Travelers visiting the city on business have access to several business hotels near Miami's most frequently visited areas.

Business District

Miami business travelers who want to stay in the center of the city's financial district can book a room at The Four Seasons Hotel. The hotel's seventh floor houses a 24-hour fully staffed business center complete with copiers, fax machines, printers, computers and a small conference room. Guests who require larger meeting spaces can reserve one of the hotel's larger meeting rooms. At the end of the day, travelers can retreat to comfortable rooms and suites with designated work stations that include fax and modem connection lines, high speed Internet and multi-line phones with voicemail capabilities.

Located a quarter mile from the Miami International Airport, the Wyndham Miami Airport Hotel offers convenient access to both the airport terminals and Downtown Miami. The hotel provides "park, stay and fly" packages that include free transport to and from the airport, overnight accommodations and six nights of free parking. Business travelers benefit from free shuttles to and from area businesses, cell phone rental services and a business center with copy, fax and print capabilities. The Wyndham also offers international travelers on-site currency exchange services. More than 19,000 square feet of meeting space is available for conferencing, and a gourmet restaurant overlooking a championship golf course offers an opportunity to wine and dine clients.

Arts and Health District

SpringHill Suites Miami is located in the center of the Arts and Health District, providing access by foot to many of the city's major medical centers including the University of Miami Hospital. Business services at the hotel include access to a notary public, messenger service and overnight parcel/post delivery and pickup. The hotel also features four meeting rooms of nearly 1,300 square feet. SpringHill Suites also provides a daily hot breakfast, as well as limousine and dry-cleaning services upon request.

Aside from business and finance, Miami is also known for its white sand beaches. Business travelers who want to make the most of their trips can find the best of both worlds at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The hotel is located on a private beach overlooking Biscayne Bay, but still only a few minutes from Miami's Financial District. Limousine and town car service can provide transport to area businesses and destinations for an additional fee. Inside the property, guests will find a full service business center, as well as 15 meeting rooms, many of which overlook the bay. During leisure time, travelers have access to an infinity-edge swimming pool, fitness classes and a 15,000-square-foot spa.
