The Holloway Road is a busy thoroughfare running for two miles north to south through the north London Borough of Islington. London Underground’s Holloway Road Station is six stops, a journey of some 20 minutes, from central London’s Piccadilly Circus. Attractions near Holloway Road include Hampstead Heath, Camden Market and the Emirates Stadium, home to Arsenal Football Club, one of England’s top soccer teams. Holloway Road has no hotels, but a selection of lodgings are within a five- to 15-minute walk.

Five Kings Hotel

Set in a three-story Victorian townhouse on a residential street, the Queens Hotel is a few minutes’ walk from Holloway Road. A full English breakfast is included in the room rate at this family-run, budget hotel. Dining options within a five-minute walk include El Molino, which serves Spanish food, Nid Ting Thai and the Indian Ocean Tandoori. The Queens Hotel is a couple of minutes' walk from the Tufnell Park London Underground station, which offers efficient connections to London’s main attractions.

Charlies Hotel

A short walk from Holloway Road, Charlies Hotel is housed in a late 19th-century former family home. All rooms have private bathrooms and the hotel serves a complimentary cooked breakfast each morning. For other meals, the Bangalore Brasserie, serving Indian food; the Cafe del Parc, offering North African dishes; and Amici, an Italian restaurant, are all within a 15-minute walk of Charlies Hotel. Camden Market’s huge selection of trendy clothes, retro furnishings and unusual accessories is two stops away on the underground from nearby Tufnell Park Station.

Fifteen minutes by foot from Holloway Road, the Corner House Hotel is housed in two adjoining 19th-century townhouses with 31 rooms. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the Kentish Town neighborhood, which has an underground station, and offers a lively selection of restaurants and pubs. Eateries there include the Bengal Lancer, which serves Indian food, and The Oxford, a gastropub serving modern British cooking. A 25-minute walk from the Corner House Hotel lies the green spaces of Hampstead Heath, a park that includes three swimming ponds, one for women, one for men and one mixed.

Hilton London Islington hotel

Holloway Road is just under a mile from the Hilton London Islington Hotel, which is set in a three-story, modern building. The on-site Axis Restaurant serves an international menu in an informal setting. Housed in a building from the 1860s, the Kings Head Pub & Theatre stages drama, music and comedy and is a few steps from the hotel. The Elk in the Woods, a fashionable bar just around the corner from the Hilton London Islington, serves a full breakfast menu and tapas-style snacks.
