Jogging Trails in Euless, Texas

Euless, Texas is just outside of Dallas. Euless is family friendly, and has parks for a variety of interests. Many have walking and jogging trails for different fitness levels. Some parks come with other facilities, such as playgrounds or restrooms, to make the experience more enjoyable for the whole family.

Bob Eden Park

Bob Eden Park in Euless has a half-mile jogging trail. The trail includes a warm-up station; it winds around the park in an oval. Paved in concrete, it is ideal for short runs, jogging or walking. The park also includes a volleyball court, tennis court, soccer field and softball field. The park, 901 Mid-Cities Blvd., is one of the largest in Euless.

Villages of Bear Creek Park

Villages of Bear Creek Park has a three-mile jogging and walking trail. The trail, ideal for longer runs and cross-country running, is unpaved. To encourage walking and jogging, bicycles are not allowed. The trail travels west and connects with the Preserve at McCormick Park. The park also has a softball field, playground and restrooms. It is at 1951 Bear Creek Parkway.

J.A. Carr Park

J.A. Carr Park also has a walking and jogging trail; it is a half mile long and paved with concrete. The trail weaves through the park to complete a circle. The park also includes sand volleyball, a playground and restroom facilities. It is at 508 Simmons Dr.

Trailwood Park

Trailwood Park offers several jogging and walking trails, which connect to Bob Eden Park and range from a half mile to over three miles. The scenic trails are mostly cross-country trails, with packed dirt as the base. The park, which has a playground, is at 500 Trailwood Drive.
