Grand Canyon National Park attracts almost 5 million visitors annually, has taken more than 5 million years to form, and contains rocks close to 2 billion years old. Covering more than 1.2 million acres, the Grand Canyon requires several days to explore the region thoroughly. Hotels one mile from the South Entrance and seven miles from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon provide quick access to the park.

Best Western Grand Canyon Squire Inn

Best Western Grand Canyon Squire Inn, a AAA Three Diamond hotel, incorporates sophisticated accommodations, flourishing surroundings with a welcoming atmosphere and Southwestern decor. Pick from traditional rooms or the more spacious deluxe rooms that include garden tubs. This hotel is a smoke-free environment.

Canyon Plaza Resort

Canyon Plaza Resort, a AAA Three Diamond hotel, combines Southwestern decor with modern comforts in a smoke-free environment. Guest rooms range from comfortable standard rooms and deluxe rooms with balconies or patios, up to furnished suites. The resort features a seasonal bar, outdoor pool and hot tub; plus an indoor hot tub, extensive gift shop, a relaxing lounge and JJK’s Restaurant. This hotel permits up to two pets with deposit and provides a free continental breakfast to all guests.

Red Feather Lodge

Red Feather Lodge consists of two buildings offering different environments. Select from rustic motel-type rooms with outside entrances that sleep up to four, or larger modern hotel rooms with interior hallways that sleep up to five with added amenities, such as coffee makers and hair dryers. The property also has a one-room suite with a kitchenette and a spacious two-room suite. The lodge features a seasonal heated outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant, and permits pets and smoking in some rooms.
