Maintaining a population of 4,000 residents, the village of Rosemont, Illinois, has become one of the Chicagoland area’s major meeting, convention and entertainment centers. Occupying approximately 2.5 square miles and located conveniently between O’Hare International Airport and the City of Chicago, Rosemont hosts more than 50,000 visitors each day. In addition to convention facilities, the village is home to an arena, a movie theater, a live theatre and a museum. Visitors to the area have a host of accommodations from which to choose.

North River Road

North River Road is Rosemont’s main drag. Many attractions and hotels are located on this strip. Doubletree Hotel Chicago O'Hare Airport-Rosemont is located directly across the street from the Donald E. Stephens Convention and Conference Center, making it a convenient option for conventioners. Just down the road is the Westin O’Hare, consisting of 525 guest rooms and 24 suites. Alternatively, the Hyatt Rosemont offer guests boutique-style accommodations.

West Higgins Road

Not far from North River Road is West Higgins Road, an equally as busy thoroughfare. Each of the 300 guest rooms and suites at the Holiday Inn Chicago-O’Hare Rosemont boasts a flat-screen HD television. Guests also have the option of enjoying on-site dining at Harry Caray’s Italian Steakhouse, named for the late legendary Chicago sports announcer. Located little further down West Higgins Road, the Best Western at O’Hare aims to offer visitors exceptional service at affordable rates. This hotel offers guests standard amenities, including cable television and wireless Internet access. Located on-site, the Pine Grove Family Dining Restaurant serves standard American breakfast, lunch and dinner fare.

All-Suite Hotels

The Chicago Marriott Suites O’Hare is an all-suite establishment that claims to offer visitors the largest living spaces in the Rosemont-O’Hare area. In addition to amenities including a swimming pool, whirlpool and fitness center, each of the 256 suites is smoke-free. Alternatively, the Sheraton Gateways Suites Chicago O’Hare maintains two room smoke-free suites equipped with flat-screen televisions and dual-line telephones. Guests of this hotel are also treated to complementary Starbucks Coffee. Both establishments provide free shuttle service to O’Hare International Airport.

Conference Centers

Visitors seeking hotels that double as conference centers will find options in Rosemont. The Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare Hotel and Conference Center boasts 22 meeting rooms and a ballroom, accommodating up to 3000 guests at a time. The establishment also provides a variety of food and beverage services, including appetizer, buffet and plated meal options. The InterContinental Chicago O’Hare maintains more than 53,000 square feet of meeting space. In addition to 34 meeting rooms, the hotel has nine boardrooms and four ballrooms. Events of up to 1,100 guests can be comfortably accommodated.
