Hotels in Orlando, Florida, Near Vineland Road

According to the Orlando Convention and Visitor Bureau, Orlando draws approximately 48.7 million visitors per year. Vineland Road, also known as 435, is a major tourist thoroughfare near Universal Orlando. Hotels along Vineland offer easy highway access to Orlando’s major attractions, including not only Universal but also SeaWorld Orlando, Walt Disney World and Downtown Orlando. Vineland Road hotels fall into a wide range of price points and amenities.

Deluxe Hotels

The Point Orlando Resort is located on Universal Boulevard, less than two miles from Vineland Road. The all-suite hotel offers studios and one- and two-bedroom options. Similar to condos, all units have washers and dryers, full kitchens and garden tubs. The Crowne Plaza, also on Universal Boulevard, caters to business travelers as well as families with 7,000 square feet of meeting space and a dedicated Meetings Director. The hotel offers concierge service, a pool-view fitness center and complimentary wireless Internet.

Moderate Hotels

The Marriott Fairfield Inn and Suites is on Vineland Road. Just two miles from Universal Orlando, the hotel offers a “Destination Universal” kiosk where you can purchase and print your park tickets. The hotel also partners with the nearby Windermere Golf and Country Club for discounted tee times and complimentary transportation to the course. Complimentary breakfast is provided. The Doubletree Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando is just two miles from Vineland Road. All rooms have flat-screen televisions and refrigerators, and many offer floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Universal. The hotel offers a “Destination Universal” kiosk, a fitness center and on-site car rentals.

Budget Hotels

The Best Western Universal Inn is on Vineland Road near Interstate 4. The hotel offers traditional rooms that sleep four and Garden Rooms that accommodate six guests. A free extended continental breakfast and 24-hour hot coffee are available. There is no on-site restaurant, but the plaza surrounding the hotel provides multiple options. The Quality Inn and Suites is on Windhover Drive less than five minutes from Vineland Road. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with basic amenities such as free wireless Internet, complimentary continental breakfast and an outdoor pool.

Extended Stay

Extended-stay properties offer additional living area and a more home-like environment. The Extended Stay America on Major Boulevard is under a mile from Vineland Road. Studio guest rooms provide one or two double beds, while Deluxe Studios also provide a sleeper sofa. All rooms have small kitchens with a refrigerator, microwave and stove top, and all dishes and cooking utensils are provided. The hotel is pet-friendly.
