With 12 districts and 88 counties, Ohio presents visitors with a host of destinations and attractions, including award-winning amusement parks, cultural centers and historic museums. Popular destinations for travelers include Sandusky and Cleveland on Lake Erie, Columbus in the central region of the state and Cincinnatti on the southern border with Kentucky. Travelers who intend to bring their pet friends will find welcoming hotels throughout Ohio.

Knights Inn, Sandusky

Knights Inn is a competitively priced hotel that places its guests in the center of Sandusky. Each guestroom includes a refrigerator and in-room safe, and the inn offers a complimentary continental breakfast. The rooms are simple and homey. Pets are welcome with a refundable deposit and a small daily fee. A nonrefundable charge applies for all visiting pets. On-site parking is not available, but valet parking is available with a daily fee.

This suite-style hotel promotes relaxation and recreation with amenities that include an outdoor pool, tennis court and basketball court. Suite accommodations include fully equipped kitchens with fireplace options. Designed for short- and long term-stays, Homewood Suites puts guests in close proximity to area destinations including the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center Museum, the Miller Brewing Co. and the P&G World Headquarters. Pets under 50 lb. are welcome with a nonrefundable charge and nightly fee.
