The River Cafe, one of the trendier upscale restaurants in London, overlooks the River Thames on the western side of London. This Italian restaurant's cuisine has found favor with patrons, so much so that the River Café boasts a handful of cookbooks in publication. Several hotels are convenient to this in-vogue landmark, making it easy to walk the short distance for an authentic, home-style Italian meal.
