Located in southeastern Georgia, Kings Bay is a small, unincorporated community adjacent to the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base, the home port for several of the U.S. Navy’s submarines armed with missiles. Although Kings Bay itself has no accommodations for visitors to the area, hotels are available in the neighboring communities of Kingsland and St. Marys, both of which lie within a 10-mile radius.
