Located in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley near the southern tip of Texas, Edinburg is part of the McAllen-Edinburg-Mission metropolitan area. The city and nearby Pharr, a short drive to the south, have a few hotels -- all in the mid-price range -- that are good choices for travelers who want to explore the region, a popular winter destination because of its mild climate.

Best Western Edinburg Inn & Suites

A mile from Edinburg’s Museum of South Texas History, this two-story, 56-unit hotel offers comfortable accommodations and an ideal base for exploring all that the Rio Grande Valley has to offer.
