The Rocco Forte Collection is a family of 13 luxury hotels and resorts located throughout the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Russia and the United Kingdom. Headquartered in London, the chain is owned and operated by Rocco Forte & Family, with Sir Rocco Forte serving as chairman. The three Forte Hotels in the United Kingdom -- The Balmoral, The Lowry Hotel and Brown’s Hotel -- are respectively located in Edinburgh, Manchester and London.
Forte Hotels Philosophy
The Rocco Forte Collection operates with a philosophy dictated by Sir Forte himself. In a personally written manifesto, he describes himself as the consummate traveler. He has a firsthand understanding of how important exceptional customer service is to the experience of each guest. As a result, the mission of his hotels is to ensure the best possible customer experience “from the moment you make your reservation to the time of your departure.” Sir Forte accomplishes this goal by focusing their energies on a small number of hotels. This allows him and his senior management team to be personally involved in their respective operations.
