Latin American Festival
South Carolina has long celebrated diversity and in Fall the Latin American festival held in Wannamaker County Park celebrates the diversity of Latin America. At the Latin American Festival there is Salsa dances and Merengue Music fills the air. Jubilee Festival of Heritage
If you are looking for something more historical, the Jubilee Festival of Heritage offers a variety of events and programs that celebrate the history of Cecil Mann, a slave that won her freedom, and the contributions she made. The Jubilee Festival of Heritage is held at the old Mann-Simons Cottage in Columbia South Carolina where Cecil and her descendants lived until 1970.
