Inn at the Market

The Inn at the Market is an aptly named boutique hotel located right in Pike Place Market. The hotel houses 70 guest rooms, each featuring double-paned, floor-to-ceiling bay windows that open to the water, the courtyard or the city. The courtyard houses the hotel’s award-winning bistro, Campagne, as well as the smaller, Paris-inspired Cafe Campagne. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the hotel’s fifth-floor deck, which overlooks the Puget Sound. The Inn at the Market made Travel & Leisure magazine's list of "World's Best Hotels," and the magazine calls the Inn at the Market's collection of Northwestern art “impressive” and “impeccable.” AAA gave the Inn at the Market their prestigious four diamond rating.

W Seattle

The W Seattle is located under half a mile from Pike Place Market. The luxury chain doesn't disappoint at its Seattle location, with 26 stories housing 415 guest rooms and nine suites, earning it a four-diamond AAA rating. Guests are welcomed by a large, ultra-contemporary space with soaring ceilings, sleek furniture and a modern fireplace. The rooms are similarly elegant, featuring the W's signature pillowtop bed, goose down comforter and a cushioned banquette. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the Wherever/Whenever program, in which guests are given chauffered rides in a sleek Acura SUV. The Earth & Ocean restaurant serves organic and farm-fresh produce and seafood, while the W Bar offers guests and locals a place to mingle and be seen. There is also a 1,600 foot workout facility, and the hotel provides in-room spa services.

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle

The Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle is a short two blocks away from Pike Place Market. Named as a four-star hotel by Forbes and on the AAA four-diamond list, the Four Seasons Seattle creates a sleek yet cozy space reflective of the laid-back nature of the Pacific Northwest. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and glass balconies allow guests to view as much of the waterfront as possible. The 147 guest rooms and 13 suites are decorated in whites and creams to keep the atmosphere airy and peaceful. The spa, Anise, offers facials, massages and body treatments, and the state-of-the-art fitness facilities overlook the pool and outdoor fireplace. The hotel houses a restaurant called ART, which serves globally influenced foods using fresh, organic, locally produced ingredients.

The Edgewater

For those who love nature but crave luxury, the Edgewater is the perfect lodging option. AAA gave The Edgewater a four-diamond rating. Upon entry to the hotel, guests are greeted by what Travel & Leisure calls a “wonderful, cavernous lobby,” complete with knotty pine and wood furniture, gas fireplaces and pillars wrapped in bark. Guest rooms are decorated in a similarly cozy fashion, with tartan throws, stone tile on the bathroom walls, pine bookshelves and fireplaces, and photographs of the Pacific Northwest. Half of the rooms overlook Elliott Bay. The Edgewater is an eco-friendly hotel and has been named “One of the World’s Best Places to Stay” by Conde Nast Traveler. Six Seven is an on-site restaurant serving locally caught seafood.
