Astrologists believe that the position of the celestial objects during your birth affect your personality and potential in life. A horoscope is a chart that displays the position of all stars, moons and planets at the time of your birth according to your Zodiac sign. There are twelve Zodiac signs, each equating with the constellation that dominates the sky during a period of about one month. If you were born near the end of one Zodiac sign or the beginning of another, your birthday may fall on a horoscope cusp.

  • Internet
Step 1

Navigate to the website astrology-online.com. Click on "Sign Explanations" in the "Main Areas" side panel. The twelve Zodiac signs are listed according to a date range. Find the date range that includes your birthday and note the Zodiac sign that appears next to it. For example, a "June 9" birthday corresponds to the Gemini Zodiac sign.

Step 2

Determine whether your birthday falls either on the last day or within the first four days of a Zodiac sign date range. For example, an "April 20" birthday falls on the last day of the Aries Zodiac sign date range. A "February 23" birthday falls within the first four days of the Pisces Zodiac sign date range. If your birthday meets one of these qualifications, your birthday falls on a horoscope cusp.

Step 3

Find the two Zodiac signs that your birthday falls between. Astrologists believe that both of these Zodiac signs -- corresponding with different celestial influences -- affect your personality.

Tips & Warnings

  • Many scientists consider astrology to be a "pseudo-science" and doubt the veracity of its claims.
