Boys enjoy birthday parties that offer a lot of action and entertainment. Sports and science-related parties offer activities that most boys will enjoy on their special day. Maryland is home to a variety of party places that will pique a boy's interest on his birthday and help parents plan a stress-free birthday party.

Sports Parties

Indoor playgrounds and fitness centers provide an action-packed option for a boy's birthday party. Funfit Family Fitness (funfit.net) in Olney and Germantown offers fitness related parties. Themes include a pajama dance party, tribal challenge, pirate adventure and sports and games party. The birthday child receives a free t-shirt and all guests receive a healthy kid bookmark and rubber bracelet. Pump It Up (pumpitupparty.com) is an inflatable party zone with seven locations in Maryland. Party goers are able to enjoy fitness and play on the location's inflatable play equipment. Packages include 90 minutes of play time, pizza and goodie bags for guests.

Animal Parties

The Maryland Zoo (marylandzoo.org) in Baltimore offers birthday party packages that include zoo admission for up to 16 guests, tokens for camel, carousel and train rides and pizza and lemonade for guests. Parties at Home

Multiple companies in Maryland bring unique party experiences to the birthday child's home. The birthday child receives a special gift bag. The company is located in Germantown, but will travel throughout the state for an additional fee.
