Berlin Schoenefeld Airport is 14 miles from central Berlin, a 25-minute drive, or 25 minutes via the underground rail system. Work was underway in late 2010 to expand the airport, ultimately Berlin’s main air terminal with a new name, Berlin Brandenburg International. A selection of hotels is within a five-minute drive of the airport or closer, and most of them offer shuttle services and long-term parking.

Leonardo Airport Hotel Berlin Schoenefeld

The Leonardo Airport Hotel Berlin Schoenefeld runs an airport shuttle service with a journey time of three minutes, and the park, sleep and fly deal includes airport transfers and up to two weeks’ parking. Set in a contemporary building, the hotel is a five-minute walk from the Grunbergallee underground station on the U2 line, which links directly with downtown Berlin. The Hotel’s Melli Beese Restaurant serves a full English breakfast and lunch and dinner menus featuring international dishes.

InterCityHotel Berlin-Brandenburg Airport

Housed in a modern six-story building, the 198-room InterCityHotel Berlin-Brandenburg Airport is located 200 yards from Schoenefeld Airport’s arrivals and departures terminal. The hotel provides parking and an airport shuttle service for a charge. The on-site restaurant serves German and international dishes, and the BistroLounge bar offers drinks and snacks. The Berlin-Schoenefeld city train station is 200 yards from the hotel. From there, the airport shuttle train travels every 30 minutes to Zoologischer Garten Station, a short walk from Berlin’s Zoo and the Photography Museum.

Albergo Hotel Berlin

Located 800 yards from the airport, the Albergo Hotel offers a free airport shuttle service and free parking for up to two weeks while you travel. Set in a modern property, the hotel has a sauna, solarium and fitness room. The Ristorante Albergo offers Mediterranean specialties and has a courtyard for al fresco dining. The Berlin-Schoenefeld underground station, providing links to Berlin city destinations, is a five-minute walk from the hotel.

Holiday Inn Berlin International Airport

Set in a white building featuring contemporary architecture, the Holiday Inn Berlin International Airport is a five-minute drive from the airport. The hotel offers a special deal, which includes a complimentary airport shuttle service and parking for up to 14 days. Diners can watch the chefs prepare their meals thanks to the open-plan kitchen at the hotel’s SKY Restaurant, which offers international dishes. The on-site wellness center has a sauna and steam bath and offers massage treatments.
